Give a skill its private instructions and reference files; only hashes become public.

Example dataUp to 20,000 characters, encrypted at rest and decrypted only in gateway memory. Every version publishes its prompt hash, so holders see when it changes. Treat a prompt as weak protection: jailbreaks can extract it.
